She goes out of her way to understand your requirements, educate you on the market and continue to keep you updated as you go through your search.  I worked with Nicola on a purchase in the Hudson Valley and she showed me electronically multiple properties and then we visited the ones we felt fit our needs.  The one we ultimately purchased was the first property we saw but due to intense competition we decided not to proceed.  She kept a very close eye on the sale process and after it fell through twice she alerted me to the opportunity.  She helped me determine a fair price to pay and not only have a purchased an amazing property, I also own the home at the right price. She knows what to look for when checking out houses and will point out structural, drainage, and environmental concerns to help you decide whether a house is right for you. She answered our calls at all hours and was always available, even for dumb questions we should have know the answers to. Our first mortgage was declined after making an offer and she rallied a new bank behind us to get a new application approved in half the time. We found a great house and she worked well with the seller to get the right price and concessions. She is SUPER friendly and will treat you well. Can't imagine a better person to work with!

Throughout the 8-month period it took to sign the contract, build the house and then finally close, Dustin was always just a phone call away. She always found time to talk to me, answer my questions and I don't think I ever waited more than a couple of days to get together with her to see houses. She sent me an informative flow chart to guide me through the complicated NYS buying process, and  even pointed out a bad foundation on a house I was considering. She helped  me look for three months, and I said no to a lot of houses. Despite knowing that at my price point, she was never going to make much money from a  sale, through it all, she was positive, encouraging, kind, honest and delightful. I can proudly say that my parents were successfully able to close on their first home and it was because of Dustin that this was possible. He was truly a godsend during what could have been a very difficult and scary process. He was so approachable and always available. 					Highly likely to recommend Possibly more important than finding the right house to buy, is making sure not to buy the WRONG house. After meeting Nicky and being impressed by her enthusiasm and knowledge of the Hudson Valley area we started looking at homes.  The first two houses we went to (my choices) Nicky pointed out   problems I didn’t even notice. One being a problem with the foundation in which she said “ you don’t want to get involved with that”   And that’s when I was sold. Not on the house, but on Nicky. 
In the past I have bought several properties and after working with Nicky, I would not buy one without her. 
In addition, it was Nicky’s negotiations that secured the home I wanted and within the price as well. 
I can’t speak highly enough about her and you would be foolish to buy without her.
